"Perfect location, short walk to Southbank, galleries and museums and huge choice of restaurants and cafes. Even though we only stayed one night, the apartment had everything we would need for a longer stay. A/C in both bedrooms and main living area working well. Cute balcony and nicely presented inside. "Not far walk from Roma station. Its a steep walk up and down the street. Not convenient if you have lots of luggages. Close to bus stops so can take the Spring Hill Loop free bus to Queen St mall. Overall property was clean. Not enough kitchen bench space for cooking. Staff were friendly and let us check in early and let us keep our luggage in the office after check out."

"Great location with easy access to the city via the new foot bridge or city cat. Lovely outlook from the apartment. Older style with large rooms, however some maintenance was required (leaking taps) due to the age. Note parking is extra if not booked direct, which was a surprise on arrival as their website says free parking and was told we should have booked direct!"

"Kirribilli are lovely clean apartments located along the Brisbane river. They have easily accessible walking tracks, with a coffee shop across the road and shopping centre within a 5min drive. It is a great place to stay."

"In 40 years of booking through Wotif this is the worst apartment we have ever encountered .No working aircon in 35c heat.filthy general condition,dirt and dust every where.Dryer and washing machine out of action.no patio furniture.No tv remote,cheap small screen tcl.very very sub standard uncomfortable furniture.cheap mattress bed springs hurting back.Old curled on corner floor rug presenting a trip hazard.we are requesting a full refund for our worst experience ever apartment 1601 Spire 550...

"There is No parking. So add another $90 for 2 nights plus the inconvenience. Using KozyGuru to finalize the booking is more complicated than it needs to be, plus using them means reception has no record of your booking. Which in turn means you are pretty much on your own. Booked for 4 people, got a double bed, single bed & a couch? Funishings average, cleanliness average."
