"Great facilities. Pool view rooms were very nice. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. The pool area is highlight and focal point of the place. You could spend all day laying around if you wanted to. Gym and day spa were really good too. Best massage I've ever had at the day spa. I didn't want to leave. "

"Lovely hotel very clean , the staff are a credit to this hotel they are smiley & happy. Only thing that needs to be looked into is the time of the bars closing .We paid £68 per night to up grade to all inclusive, the last bar (beach ) closed at 10.30 p.m. needs to be at least midnight. "

"Fantastic stay at the Sheraton. Staff were beyond friendly and would do anything to make your stay more comfortable. So friendly and helpful. My son especially loved the animals sculpted from towels little extras like the ukulele in our room every morning after it was made up. Great access to dining and entertainment from the hotel as well. Would absolutely recommend staying here."

They arranged our return airport shuttle, made sure safety while crossing the street, assisted loading & unloading luggage, etc., Lovely breakfast served in the dining room. Beautiful rooftop pool & hot tub where you can order drinks & food to enjoy. "

"This is one of the best hotels in seminyak ,so convenient for shopping ,beach clubs and restaurants ,the staff are exceptional,always polite and courteous, breakfast was a treat and they made the best coffee ,nothing was too much trouble ,I would definitely stay here again"
