"Stay was great! We are a family of 2 adults and 4 kids and there was enough space in our room for a comfortable stay. Hotel is 2 blocks from a main avenue with a lot of dinning options. The hotel doesn't ship luggage, only receives and storages them, however, there's a 7-11 a block from the hotel to ship luggage. Rooms were clean and everything was as expected. The male receptionist who spoke English was so helpful and nice. He gave our kids some boxes with treats and when we checked out, he...

"Our family of four really liked this hotel. The room was a great size for our family. We love that we each get our own bed, 2 individual beds and a bunk bed to fit 2 people. On the second floor- they have a small gym, a water and ice dispenser, a public washroom, a laundry room that has numerous washers (100 yen per wash) and, numerous dryers ( 100 yen for 20 mins). The hotel is located within great walking distances to markets and convenient stores. "

"I booked the large concept room for my family of 4 and we were very impressed at how large the apartment was! We had lots of room that fit the 4 of us comfortably. The bath and shower were spacious. The dining counter was nice and big. There is a microwave, fridge and countertop stove. This is an apartment hotel building so no front desk. Check in and check out via tablet was easy. Laundry room on the 1st floor. Read the provided instruction booklet regarding towels and garbage sorting....

"The staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed there for a couple nights. The room was spacious and comfortable. The street is quite narrow, but taxi/uber can find you. It is walking distance from Dotonbori and Namba shopping. There are many restaurants nearby. Osaka is a vibrate city. This hotel is central enough to get to many places. You will enjoy it. "

"The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and fluent in English communication. This apartment is definitely family- and infant-friendly, and I really appreciated that the bedroom was separated from the living area and pantry (no stove/cooking equipment) —it made things much more comfortable with a baby. The location is also convenient, with train stations nearby that made exploring Osaka easy. The only downsides were that the laundry and dryer facilities are located at the reception area...

"We enjoyed our stay here, the room was spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. We also took advantage of their laundry facilities, machines easy to use. The location is also close to shopping and eating. We had a family mart about 1 block away that we would visit daily! "

"Very clean and comfortable. We had 2 families in two rooms next to each other. Perfect for 6days visiting Osaka,Kyoto and Expo 2025. Staff was excellent Jake in the day and Maria ay night. We were able to wash clothes down stairs and warm up a few meals in the room. Close to everything."

"Apartment was huge, especially by Japanese standards. Bathroom was excellent and the bath was a bonus. Subway is right under the building which makes getting around very easy. Staff were very helpful. "

"This property was ideal for us as a family of 4 with teen children. Full size beds for everyone which were lovely and firm and comfortable. The location was brilliant - nice and quiet but easily walkable to the bustling Dotonbori. The apartment is well kept and clean. Highly recommended."

"후쿠시마역과 가깝고 jr 오사카에서는 15분정도 걸어가는 거리입니다. 함께한 어린이들이 걷기 힘들어했다는 단점외에는 4명 묵기도 딱 적당하고 좋았습니다. 길건너에 편의점도 있고 숙소도 깨끗하고 다 좋았어요. 공항에서 jr 타고 짐 끌고 겨우 숙소에 도착했는데 체크인할때 입렫하는게 쓸데없이 너무 많아요 그점만 수정하면 진짜 너무 좋을것같아요. "

"Booked five nights during visit to Osaka and USJ. Very convenient location to USJ, City Walk and train station. For Japan, the rooms are huge! They're probably designed for families/groups so for two people there is definitely more than enough room. USJ was only a five minute walk away. Would definitely stay here again. "
