"The team at Hakuba Canadian Lodge made this place great! We stayed early in the season so we were the few (only?) guests in the place. The team kindly picked us up from Happo bus terminal on our arrival and even drove us to a supermarket for groceries (proper big supermarket, not a convenience store). One person in our group fell ill after a few days skiing and the team went above and beyond to drive us to a clinic to see a doctor. The cabin itself is quite aged but is very well maintained....

"This hotel was great. The room was spacious, comfortable and had a great view. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was superb. The Japanese Emporer stayed at The Ridge during the Nagano Winter Olympics."

"hard to imagine a greater contrast between a property and its location. it's situated in an amazingly privileged placement. as far as I can tell it's the only ski-in ski-out accommodation in the area. just strap on your board or skis and you're 30 seconds' glide down to the lift. the only issue about the location is that there are relatively few places in walking distance, and the shuttles stop running early - so be prepared for longish walks or a taxi back from dinner at night. the prime...

"リビング、ダイニング、寝室とどれをとっても十分なクオリティでした。さらに今回の感染対策として、事前にメールにて入口暗証番号をお知らせ頂き対面でのチェックイン手続きは一切無し。電話問い合わせにも親切にご対応頂き、宿泊当日は前日からの宿泊客が無かった模様で朝9時から部屋利用を融通していただきました。ありがとうございます。孫2人、弟家族3人での宿泊でしたが、皆大喜びで延泊リクエストが続いていました。ゲレンデには目の前の第3駐車場からシャトルバスでの移動が便利です。好きな場所に連れて行ってくれます。我々はゴンドラとの行き来に両日利用しました。"
