"Location was perfect and room comfortable. Loved that our room had a short deck which opens out towards the front of property, overlooking a breathtaking view. Only feedback in kind is, reception could have been friendlier. It totally set a morose energy to an already morose winter evening. Perhaps she had a long day and was tired 🙃"

"the heater was not working properly and we woke up in midnight to call reception about this, staff offered to change room or a electric heater, since we were really tired we asked for the electric heater instead. Staff brought the electric heater up immediately and tried to check our room heater as well, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is extra 2800kr pp."

"We stayed at 3 Berjaya hotels and of them, this was our least favorite. Most notably, there was a strange smell in the room (I think because of the shower?) that reminded me of wet dog. The shower also was clogged so it would fill up to your ankles and I’d worry about it spilling over into our room. Besides this, the lobby of the hotel was very nice, as was the staff.
