"The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The front desk was super helpful…. The breakfast was great. The one negative was the shower stall. I do expect to take a show without hurting myself. The stall was simply too small, I can’t turn around without turn off or turning the water too hot. It was smaller than the ones on cruise ships. Worst of all, the shower was very slippery and I almost fell. I heard the same complaint from our friends. This has to be addressed. Overall it was...

"2 nights stay to explore Basel, excellent reception staff, limited underground hotel parking but multi storey car park opposite with reduced rates via hotel. Tram system on doorstep with the impressive messe platz to see. Rooms a little small and a bit too hot but very nice bathrooms. Excellent breakfast buffet and very helpful staff. Try the Thai place Boo around the corner for dinner, it’s excellent. "

"Tolles, sauberes Zimmer. Als wir am Montag um 2.45 h zum Morgenstraich los wollten, war an der Bar schon ein kleines Buffet mit Croissants, Orangensaft und warmen Getränken aufgebaut. Das war eine super Idee. Late-Check out war auch bis 13 Uhr ohne Aufpreis möglich. Tram in die Innenstadt ist fußläufig in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar und fährt alle paar Minuten. Wir hatten eine schöne Fasnacht in Basel. "

"Good location and breakfast. The ad said soundproof but both rooms I had were extra noisy, the opposite of soundproof, could here plumbing in next room and every other sound."

"Ideal place for proximity to the train station and the room is very comfortable. No staff at reception which makes it feel less secure. Check in is self service but easy. No Wi-Fi in rooms, only in lobby. "
