Must Read: The property is new and the rooms are very nice however, the property has 3 restaurants of which 2 share more or less the same menu and the 3rd you may have to book dinner reservations weeks in advance to dine. We arrived on a Sunday and that 3rd restaurant was book until Thursday [for dinner] which was our departure date. Considering there are only 3 dine-in options this was very disappointing.
The staff is very friendly but service was poor considering the wait time to be tended to and this translates to waiting on your food order to reach. On average we waited 40 mins to be served our order even if it was a portion of fries.
Our room was ill equipped on our arrival, no bedroom slippers, hair drier, clothes iron and trash bags in the bins. All of which was requested and delivered after check-in. The trash bags were put in placed during room service later that day.
All in all this being a 5 star hotel, it boasts the facilities of such but lacks the diversity in food options, ready to assist and ever present staff (on many occasions you have to look for staff to get a seat at the restaurant or even to check out because they are not at the front desk…etc) attitude. Overall opinion 4 star hotel and 3 star experience.
