"We had a room with river view which was lovely. Air conditioner worked well and also had a fan. Hotel staff extremely helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Bed comfortable and shower was very good. Breakfast included which we picked off of a menu. First day raining so we had in our room, second day on the roof top which had great view. After contacting them prior to staying they organised shuttle from airport and return as you can not park close to the B&B. Short walk to...

"We enjoyed the views of Ganges and mostly the courteous and respectful staff of all levels. The hotel being right on one of the Ghats, it made us easier to take a battin Ganges. Also free boat ride from the hotel property allowed us to see the entire views of all famous ghats. The restaurant staff Sandeep and Brijesh provided over and above best services. We will visit the Haveli again in the future. "

"What a great property, near the ghats and Kashi Viswanath Temple, room views of the Ganges. The staff was fantastic, great food from the kitchen. Very walkable in the heart of Varanasi. "Mixed bag. Initially, staff was rude, and then later became nice once I stood my ground. Everything is reasonably priced, and a reasonable value. Restaurant is above average. You can take e-riksha from the hotel to reach these location between 50-100 rupees. Driving car is not possible, hence e-riksha is the best option. "This hotel(dormitory)is the most cleanest hotel whatever I stayed!! In India and another countries. Friendly and kind staff often clean up shower room and toilet. In India, for example,new mall is clean but toilet is almost not clean.But this hotel is always clean!
