It was such a great hotel! The staff were so kind and the breakfast was more than I expected. If I visit Hanoi again, I would like to visit again. The hotel is excellent. Very good where abouts in the old town of the city. Comfortable and clean rooms. During check-in we got the list of the most interesting sightseeing’s and restaurants. Good team in the hotel, especially Elsa, who help us in organizing tour to Halong, Sapa and Da Nang.

They were always kind to our group and helped us for every question.Their room was absolutely great with very soft pillow and beds and super clean. Lovely hotel in a quiet street but a close walk to everything. Staff here couldn't have been more friendly and helpful! The Manager was very professional and attentive. The room was spacoous and very clean. Breakfast was also included which was very good!!! They also had great Spa in house. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

First of all a special mention to Tommy who contacted me direct via Whatsapp months previously when I first booked the hotel. He was more than helpful and very informative. As were all the hotel staff. The room was fine and the breakfast very good. Although not easy to find on foot they gave you a street map which helped a lot to get your bearings in the old quarter of Hanoi. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is very close to the night market and Kiem Lake and it was great to walk round the bustling streets. Elsa at reception organised a private 4 hour jeep tour around the good and bad areas of Hanoi which was amazing, and they also gave us a discount.

We stayed here for several nights both at the beginning and end of our holiday in North Vietnam and in the middle they happily looked after our luggage during the day when we transferred from Sapa to the airport to fly to Hoi An. On all occasions we were given such a warm welcome and by the end greeted as long lost friends. Pickups and drop offs to airports/ train stations etc were efficient and always on time. Staff are only too happy to help with advice on where to go or help to book anything. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is in a great location close to the night market and Old Quarter with a huge choice of restaurants close by. Some rooms are better appointed than others but all are very clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were good and gave a wide choice of both European and Vietnamese food and my husband would definitely recommend the pancakes! This was a great hotel and we would thoroughly recommend it as a place to stay while in Hanoi. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so enjoyable.

Amazing hotel with excellent staff. Elsa makes you feel really welcome and cannot do enough to make your stay comfortable and fun. You can book some great tours here too (stand out for me was the trip to Ninh Binh). I felt so very well looked after and that everything had been taken care of before I arrived. The en-suite room was spacious, clean and had excellent wi-fi connectivity. Breakfast is fantastic and laundry service very good value. 10 out of 10!

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location in the center of the old town, yet calm street avoiding traffic noise. Breakfast was really good and with plenty of options. They were good recommending us activities, and also allowed us to leave the luggage for a couple of days while we were on a tour. Hotel was totally worth it. The hotel is as it represents itself, no more no less and perfect value for money.

We stayed here for several nights and the hotel went above and beyond to accommodate us to make sure we were okay. All the staff are wonderful and welcoming and they helped us book a Ha Long Bay Cruise and transport to Ninh Binh. All which were great value for money! They even let us have breakfast to take away the morning of Ha Long Bay. Rooms were clean and comfy, the buffet breakfast was sooo good with lots of choice from the buffet itself and the option for freshly cooked eggs and fresh fruit, Spa room was excellent, so relaxing. The atmosphere was truly serene - warm – welcoming.Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying in Hanoi.

We stayed here for several nights. The room was great. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of fruits. We love the chicken noodle soup.it's near the night market, the lake, walking street...We booked the halong bay tour, ninh binh tour at the reception. They were both great. We will come back.

The first 4 days in Hanoi I kept switching places. On the 5th day I found Hanoian Central hotel. Located in the centre of Hanoi, with pretty much everything in walking distance. Eventhough you are in the centre, you can still get a good night of sleep. The street of the hotel is really quiet, the bed is the most comfortable I had in Vietnam and the room is clean. Next to that, the staff is kind, speaks English and they have a travel agency inside that is not just trying to sell, but really wants what is the best for you. I can really recommend this place. Thank you, I enjoyed my stay

I would highly recommend staying at this hotel, it is excellent value for money. We had stayed one night at the Hanoian Centrel Hotel, and when I was too unwell to catch our flight to Singapore, they found room for us at short notice in this hotel. We ended up staying four nights as we were both unwell, and the staff were so very kind and helpful. They brought our breakfast to us each day, and each time they saw us they always asked how we were feeling. I really liked the location, and I was surprised how quiet the hotel was. All of the reception staff spoke excellent English, and were the most helpful and friendly hotel staff I have ever met.

This Hotel is a true Gem. I had a lovely stay and recommend this hotel for so meany reasons like, eg. The location is in the middle of the busy old quarter Hanoi. Street foods, coffee shops, and souvenir shops are within walking distance. It's close to Hoàn Kiếm Lake and its attractions. For people who like to explore everything on walking. The room is very clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was super nice and friendly, I always felt welcome like at Home.Next time I am back in Hanoi, I will definitely book this hotel again.
