"This property was convenient to Old Town Annecy & walkable to restaurants & shops. It was extremely difficult to find as local traffic was awful & so many 1-way streets. The area outside was quite loud. Our room smelled like stale smoke although it was listed as smoke free. The breakfast was delicious!"

"The property and welcoming was great. As for the Room it was clean and looked exactly like the pictures offering a stove, microwave and mini fridge The only downfall was the bedding, very hard and pillows I would of loved a better bed that didn’t feel like stone it had to be the hardest bed I’ve slept in for all the hotels stays I’ve experienced. Breakfast was great and loved how the staff was so helpful Would defiantly recommend for that alone not for the bedding "

"This is a really well-managed hotel/apartment. The apartment is super spacious, beds are super comfortable, balcony huge, and cupboards are well stocked with crockery and essentials, if you decide to prepare small meals/snacks. "The best apartment we have stayed so far. The apartment was very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped. It even included the dishwasher and oven. The quality of the kitchen utensils were also great. "2 Grand parents 3 grand children We took the appartment for 12 !! # brilliant - bike rides ,tennis,walking, Sunset Beach Restaurant a short drive lovely staff even better food at extremely reasonable prices The only problem was the outdoor pool ( open until 30 Sept) was closed And rthe uindoor pool- open all year round was also closed A big disappointment for the kids -a bit less so for me !!"

"Lovely, quality apartment. Comfortable sofa bed. The tiled floor was cold, so take slippers! Nice to have a bath and shower with ample hot water. "When it is 30 degres outside, it'll be 35 degres inside... no AC and poor quality fan. Mold in the bathroom and bathtub in horrible condition. If youre looking for cheap accommodation at a low cost, go for it. The property has a great potential but poorly managed.. and no one can help you friday after 12 and during the weekend. No opportunity to get an extra fan or your bathroom cleaned. 1 star all the way."

"Loved staying at the hotel. Location excellent - 2 tram stops from station (towards Nations) and down a side road on the right) and also walkable from main station. Room was wonderful - it was lovely to rest on the chaise lounge. Toiletries were high quality. Breakfast was scrumptious - a wide variety to suit all. Housekeeping team were so lovely. It was hot in the room and when I returned, there was a fan in the room. Thank you. Bonus - the hotel emailed the transport card so was able to use it from airport. Highly recommended and would return. "

"The hotel was lovely and in a great location within short walking distance of the train station and other transport links. the shops, restaurants and the lake. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The only minor issue was the toilet because it did not have a sink and we found it inconvenient having to use the bathroom to wash our hands especially in the middle of the night but I think that it is quite common for toilets in Switzerland not to have a sink. However, I would recommend that the hotel leave some hand gel in the toilet. Also the gym was smaller than it looked in the picture e.g. 1 cross trainer and 2 treadmills 2 bikes and a few weights. However, the spa was lovely. "
