We stayed for three nights and we loved it. The staff were nice and helpful. The room is clean, warm and quiet. The two double beds are comfortable. The bathtub is large and deep. Our room has a great view of the mountains. Although it doesn't have a balcony and feels a little small and tight, it has everything that vacationers need. The breakfast was great with quite some hot items. The coffee machine and hot water are available all day long in the lounge. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the train station and ten minutes walk to the lift. The sport complex across the street has swimming pool and ice skating for a fee.

An excellent cozy room with a mountain view from the veranda with the room. The amenities are also well-equipped. You can make tea or coffee anytime on your own or go to the reception floor from 7 am - 9 pm coffee and tee is available, free of charge. You can also view outside from the cafeteria’s veranda with a relaxed chair. This hotel is very close to Grindelwald station, only less than a 3-5 min walk. Many shops are around, as well as cable car access.

This trip exceeded all our expectations. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They were prompt when our travel plans were delayed and we were entering late. Breakfast had such a variety and was great every morning especially seeing the view. We had 2 different rooms due to a booking error that was our fault, however they were very attentive in informing us and were very accommodating. We’d cannot wait to come again and stay w/ our framiloes!
