"Algo que no me gustó es que al llegar me puse en contacto con el administrador del hotel para vernos en un punto de encuentro ya que no hay recepción, sin embargo hay problemas de comunicacion ya que el ayudante fue al lugar ni si quiera me pregunto mi nombre o con quien iba atendió a otras personas y me dejó esperando en el frio casi por media hora hasta que regresó a preguntar si yo era otro huesped "

"Das Hotel gab tolle Tipps auf meine Fragen. Ich bekam aufgrund meines Status ein Upgrade, leider war die versprochene Flasche Sekt nicht im Zimmer. Bett und Bettwaren gut, Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können (Boden und Dusche, insbesondere Schimmel an den Dichtungen). Ins Zimmer kommen war sehr leicht, tolles System. Alles in allem war ich sehr zufrieden und komme gern wieder."

"Soggiorno molto piacevole in una struttura centralissima( ci siamo mossi sempre e solo a piedi).Ottima la pulizia delle camere e degli spazi comuni. La responsabile della reception è il plus della intera struttura per la cordialità, la professionalità e la preparazione. Abbiamo lasciato di mattino presto l'hotel che ci ha omaggiato di una buona box ristoro. Nella camere acqua e caffè mai mancanti. Confermo i giudizi letti in precedenza sulla colazione che è essenziale ma l'omelette vale tutto...

"2nd time at the hotel, perfect location and nice clean comfortable rooms. the standard rooms are on the smaller size with a tiny no view at all balcony. Last time there I had a much better room but even that I was entitled to a free upgrade I was told maybe tommorrow which never came. breakfast was good at a restaurant nearby. I would still definetely recommend the place for altogather good experience"
