"It was a very clean place. The staff was helpful. Breakfast was acceptable. I recommend this Best Western. However, 2 safety factors were not working. 1. The telephone 2. No lock on the back door which was near our room."

"We stayed here for 5 days and from the time we walked in everything was great and the staff was so helpful! Especially the gentleman at the desk Moe! From getting us a rollaway bed, to giving recommendations when it rained and we had to pivot our plans. He was so personably and truly cared about us as guests! "The room was updated and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the shower was gorgeous. However, there wasn't much water pressure and the room was dusty. The bedding was stained, but I was able to get clean linen quickly and a wash cloth to clean up room. Great a/c. In a good location."

"Motel was easy access and someone was available to tell of major concerns. However, the problems were abundant No running water in the bathroom faucet Carpets were filthy. Amenities were empty Moved to another room. Same problems. No faucet water and dirty carpet No towels one day and room was not cleaned Coffee available for 2 days, then the pot disappeared Bathrooms in Lobby out of order. This Holiday Inn was terrible!!"

"Hot tub was hot but no jets to pound on your sore joints. Pool was clean.The tub water started out brown not exactly what I expected didn't want to shower. Far walk from the front desk to the room found a closer spot to park. Didn't eat at their breakfast found a place down the street."
