"I stood here for a short amount of time and it was nice. The room is a good enough space for about 1-2 people. The room and bathroom was clean. It was a nice touch to have a towel warmer as was winter time when I went. The kitchen area was also fully equipped with appliances and utensils. I would stay here again. The area is also close to many restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walking distance. Bayswater station and the busses are also very close by "

"This was a wonderful, large apartment in a fantastically handy area... so many independent shops and restaurants not even a stone's throw away. It was lovely and nicely kitted out. The only negative is that I was unaware of online check-in until I looked at my e-mail after the point where I would have been able to use it. Other than that, brilliant and highly recommended!!"

"The 2 bedroom apartment we stayed in was great! I was really impressed with the cleanliness and the spaciousness. We were really comfortable staying here. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was ideally located for us - away from the city centre yet with some nice cafes and restaurants nearby and only about 20 minute walk into the old town. Surprisingly quiet too. Would definitely stay here again if we come back."

"This was an excellent property for a single woman. The staff were very helpful. And they managed to get me in my room early after coming in on an early morning flight from the states. They even called me to let me know when it was ready. There was a little issue with the heat, but they were quick to remedy it. The only negative at all is that the atmosphere is a little cold. It doesn’t have the warmth that is typical in South Kensington properties but that’s a small price to pay for efficiency...

"The studio was super comfy and clean. Kitchen equipped with everything to make a basic meal. You're right next to queen street station, so don't have to go far. Also super easy to get in and out, with your own unique code. TV is SMART. The shower was great too (although the lights are motion sensor and switch off every 5 mins!) Note: the walls are VERY thin. "This is student housing. We brought our own pillows from home, which I would recommend. The beds are small, but was fine for us because we were prepared for the size/situation based on other reviews. Bathroom is tiny. Rooms are not cleaned during your stay unless you pay extra. If you have accurate expectations you will enjoy your stay here- the staff was REALLY FRIENDLY and accommodating-- the actual room was as expected, because we were expecting a dorm room! :) "
