The team were extremely helpful in the leadup to our holiday and very prompt at replying to any questions I had and arranging transfers, ski equipment and passes. The concierge were so helpful. The breakfast was a delight. The rooms were so clean and spacious. The housekeeping was thorough. I’m so sad that I had to leave this hotel because I really, really loved it so much. I truly felt at home. Also, the views from the balcony were beautiful in both daytime and nighttime. So scenic.
