"We stayed in the Rhubarb room and lived the complete kitchen with a huge wet bar! Also having a coffee table and comfortable chairs/sofa was nice. Plenty of beds (5) for most families. The check in process was slightly confusing. Read the email carefully. The entry door was tough to find but it is right by the Restaurant du Banneret. The location was perfect, right by the Chateau. "Staff was very accommoding & friendly from the reception desk to the staff in the dining room & cleaning staff. Rooms need a little more attention. Carpet was extremely dirty in some spots & there was a pervasive odor throughout the room-not certain if smoke or mildew-maybe both. Otherwise, would definitely use this hotel & its wonderful staff."
