"歴史地区の旧市街地にあり、クラクフの何処に行くにも便利でした。クラクフ本駅も徒歩圏内の為、郊外や空港へのアクセスも大変便利でした。ホテルのアメニティーはボディ兼シャンプーとシャワーキャップ、石鹸のみでしたが、部屋には毎日瓶入りのお水2本とコーヒー、紅茶とポットが用意されていて嬉しかったです。フロントもスタッフが常駐していて安心でしたし、目的地に行くトラムなどの乗り物の時間も尋ねると快く調べてくれて嬉しかったです。朝食のビュッフェはクラッシックで広々としたお部屋でお料理も種類が多くて充実していて大変満足しました。"

"I stayed in a standard-sized room at the Venetian for four days in mid June. I was very pleased. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. "Staff was very helpful in answering questions , they all spoke English as I don’t speak any Polish. Place was very clean, and modern. It was also very good location, close to Old Krakow and was on the river, which is a nice walk. I would recommend this place.😊"
