"A lovely modern hotel which is very clean and smells divine . The staff are very helpful. Lovely pool areas and the breakfast has so much choice. Drinks aren’t the cheapest but you get at least a double if you are having spirits. The immediate area has some good restaurants, cafes and bars, but not too many, so it’s not too busy. "A lovely resort but if you did want to eat in the non-buffet restaurants in the evening it is challenging to book! However there are some really lovely local restaurants serving delicious food in the town - just a short walk away. It is surprising that a 5 star resort doesn’t offer complimentary water for guests in the room. Or offer water fountains around the resort to ensure that guests stay hydrated. However the resort is lovely. "

"Barceló team members were outstanding and provided great service. Breakfast and dinner buffets consistently showed a very good quality. Room air conditioner only able to keep the room at about 75 degrees F (24 C) and bathroom/ room ventilation didn’t work very well at all, but balcony was outstanding and was able to sleep cool enough with balcony slider open all night once the sun went down."

"La habitación estaba muy bien, al igual que el buffet, muy variado y para todos los gustos. Las piscinas bien pero en la principal era difícil conseguir tumbona. No me gustó entrar a las 4 de la tarde cuando mi entrada era a las 2 y las salidas deben ser a las 12. "Wir waren für 5 Tage zu Gast im Roca Nivaria Gran Hotel. Gebuchtvhatten wir ein Superoir Doppelzimmer. Das Zimmer hatte knapp 40qm und wir für uns (2 Erw. 1Kind) sehr großzügig und wir hatten einen sehr schönen Meerblick. In den ersten Tagen mussten wir uns erst einmal zurecht finden, da das Hotel durch seine mehreren Ebenen etwas verirrend war. Die Auswahl am Abendbuffet war gut und das Live Cocking hat uns sehr gefallen. Hier muss man nur darauf achten, dass alles für eine entsprechen...
