"The hotel was great, as it always is. We stayed in the king suite with the whirlpool tub. The room was great, but the tub needs some refurbishing. The jets and all worked fine, but you could tell it's been in use for quite a long while. It wont deter us from staying here again. This is primarily the only hotel we stay at when visiting Helen. The staff are wonderful and always very friendly and helpful."

"We were on the 4th floor. The Wi-Fi did not work. The toilet world run after flushing so had to jiggle the handle to make it stop. The elevators could be cleaner. "

"The staff was amazing and very accommodating. Always was greeted with warm smiles and great small talk. Rooms were clean and inviting. Room service was excellent. Always had fresh towels and a clean bed upon returning at the end of a long day. Thanks so much."

"The staff was very helpful, in particular Jeff. He helped me sort out a reservation with promptness and courtesy. The only two issues I had was that the refrigerator didn’t work and it spoiled some food. Also the parking lot was quite small. I came for a big soccer tournament and the parking lot was packed every single evening which made parking difficult. Other than that the stay was wonderful and the staff was top notch "
