"We were in a situation with a car breakdown and needed a place to stay for a few nights. The hotel is nice and it’s very conveniently located. Everything was clean and our room was big with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was ok with eggs and sausage available and a few other things. The best part is the staff. Everyone there is so nice and accommodating. It made a stressful situation so much better."

"This is officially our favorite local hotel. Of course our kids love the pool and hot tub but we loved the amazing service we were provided. The young lady that checked us in was phenomenal. "This was our families 5th Holiday trip to Splash Harbor. When you have younger children, the "water park" is big enough for them to have fun and a little freedom, but still small enough that you can keep your eye on them at all times. Hotel itself is very clean. Staff has always been wonderful. Pool hours are great 8am-10pm accommodates 4pm check-in and 11pm check-out.
