"Floors were clean, free of dust particles. Staff was great! Food was great! Soggy was awesome!! He went above and beyond to give us what we wanted. His staff is very friendly and accommodating. We will return soon!"

"Hotels.com messed up with communicating with the Hotel. They did however agree to a refund. I did get a room when someone canceled. Apartment was quite nice and comfortable. Location was great, close to entertainment and beach and town center. Overall experience was very satisfactory. I recommend this as an inexpensive, lovely hotel experience. "

"The place was very nice. However, the place is not within walking distance to the downtown area as stated on the site. There also was construction work that was disturbing for 2 days. Overall, I really enjoyed the place! "

"The Open floor layout was very nice. The cleanliness of the unit was perfect. Very safe quiet neighborhood. The pool area was well maintained. Easy check in and check out of property. The property manager was readily available for any questions that arose. Self check in and check out. Nice place to stay for a weekend getaway."

"The property is huge and maybe we were a little unprepared for that but it was a very pleasant experience and I am glad we gave it a crack versus the big names. The host Ms. Powell took excellent care of us and was there from the moment we booked to guide and advise us. Thanks for an amazing stay are your villa."

"All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good...

"Amazing all inclusive resort and good fun for all ages. Friendly staff and great food and drinks. Special shoutout to Keelah and Nicole for being flexible on last minute requests. The pools were clean and i did not find abhorrent levels of chlorine pools from other trips. Only problem is that the staff selling the timeshare are very pushy. But thats a nuisance for 2 hours. Otherwise it is a great place for vacation."
