"Loved the hotel and the city. Staff were very good and helpful. We went on Christmas eve when everything was closed and staff helped finding open restaurants. Rooms were clean and breakfast was extensive. Room felt a bit pricey with charge for an extra person. Its convenient located very close walk to train station and walking distance to old town "

"Sehr angenehmes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Team, alles sehr gepflegt, sauber und einladend. Reichhaltiges Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet, man darf seinen Hund mit zum Frühstück und Abendessen mitnehmen (ist nicht überall selbstverständlich). Die grüne, ruhige Lage ist für mich perfekt, sehr gepflegte Parkanlage, für meinen Hund ideal und man ist schnell in der Stadt oder auf der Autobahn in alle Richtungen. Uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung! "

"Die Ausstattung der Hotelzimmer hat positiv überrascht, modern im Industrial-Style und auch sehr sauber und geräumig. Preis war für die Zeit natürlich hoch aber noch ok (Christkindlmarkt). Die Gegend ist nicht besonders hübsch, aber die Ubahn war in unmittelbarer Nähe und man konnte in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum der Stadt sein (nur 3 Stationen zur Lorenzkirche). "The stay was amazing the room was nice , the only thing I would say is that the stay over service should be given every day, and it did not have breakfast and coffee should be free in the lobby area, every hotel I have ever stayed at gives free coffee. You should consider giving free breakfast or have some available for customers if nothing else I’d pay for it. But of course free is better "

"we spent almost 1 hour trying to figure out on the self check in. There were a few people at the lobby with the same experience. it should be clearly stated that we need to scan the QR to register our details. Then obtain the booking reference no. and use it to login in. we were trying to key in the hotel booking no. on various attempts but not successful. It got complicated bcos we booked 3 rooms and we need 3 booking reference no. other than that, the hotel is ok "

"We had an excellent time staying at this property. Came with our family of four to visit the Christmas market. The place is conveniently close to the main station and Chriskindlemarkt. We walked everywhere. The apartment was small but quite nice and clean."
