I hate to give my first review ever 2 stars but this place needs a new business contract to take over and I'll tell ya why. The restaurant wasn't open at all while we stayed here for 5 days such a bummer because we would ate there alot, no one informed us that the restaurant wasn't opened.....the bar only opened late and it was the same couple of guys down there that seem to be locals who gave us creepy vibes, this place could be banging busy but look who's running the place.... The bed looked like no one changed it, but everything else was clean, the lights by the bed didn't work and the curtain rod kept falling on us. No food places in walking distance, so make sure you have a rental car. Pool was actually nice and clean. The front deck lady was in a bad mood in the morning and told us to come back when room was ready, we came back and she seem to be in a better mood. So can I get half a refund since this is false advertising on the restaurant?

This property was unsafe not clean…we were walking out of our room and seen a LARGE RAT coming towards us…no restaurant no pool and not CLOSE to the beach…poor lighting and the room was dirty.

There are a bunch of signs with the bar hours 5-12pm. I was accommodated in room 107. I expected some noise and felt comfortable after reading all the signage around the location with keeping the noise down. What a mistake!! The bar didn't close until 3 am. The Bar tender who served me a drink around 6 greeted me and new I had my family with me. New what room i was in, as its literally at the bar. Rich had no consideration for us. Never again!!!

I booked this hotel because of a family emergency, because of the option of having a business center and wifi. I have to admit the room was okay for the price but the wifi only works for 5 mins. The business center is a computer at the very small front desk that you can stand and use quickly ( if the internet works). After two nights i needed to work from home without the options of internet. Because of this factor i asked to shorten my stay to go somewhere else. I was informed that there are NO REFUNDS and i can have credit for another stay within a year. Why would i stay at a hotel that false advertises and after being caught don't even care enough to refund.
