"Hotel was nice. Only downside is no high end free coffee-for this price…: also no gym but they do provide passes to local Y. They also have bikes outside to use. We are at Shoemakers and it was pretty good but not outstanding. Size of room was huge and staff was super friendly and helpful. Super walkable to local restaurants etc… overall a bit pricey for amenities available."

"Staff was absolutely amazing and the location was as well. Outside of that, everything else was a disappointment as it was average to below. (In all fairness we only stayed one night and did not try the restaurants or other amenities). As soon as we stepped off of the elevator after check-in there was noticeable debris on the carpet up and down the hallway. "The hotel was nice. Check in was easy. They charge $10 for parking, but they do not tell you that. They ask for a credit card for "incidentals", then charge you $10 for parking. The fan in the bathroom is not optional if you want light in there. It is so loud i was concerned it would wake the people two rooms down. I spoke to the lady at the front desk; she said several of them are like that. The bed is great for sleeping. "

"There was a person working at the front desk who had short, curly hair, and they did an incredible job helping us get settled in with everything we need. I can’t say enough good things about their service. Dealing with an unexpected influx of folks due to power outages and still giving each person individual care and attention is above and beyond. Give this person a raise! :)"

"Had to do a quick one night stop due to my Commercial Truck breakdown. Breakfast was hot and fresh, front desk was very accommodating. Buildings and rooms were clean and well lit and very safe. "

"Staff was so nice. Check in was easy. Came in late late (1am) and the front door was locked. Had to buzz to get in (which I loved). Got in car, drove around to the side to park….came in the side door which was UNLOCKED. I didn’t like that. Defeats the purpose of a safe locked building. "
