"Staff are so helpful and nice! No need to even ask for luggage help, the amazing porters come to you right away when they see you with bags. Top notch service. Everything was so smooth staying here. The rooftop with pool has such an amazing view, up close of Santa Croce and the whole city spread out before you. "I was very well looked after staying at this hotel. The reception staff were lovely and all kindly wished me a happy birthday with a note and cake, it was so sweet and thoughtful.
