"Convenient"

"First off, it’s a gorgeous building in the perfect location in Bergen. The Freschohalle and BARE are both exceptional, and the staff are great. There were some several minor room issues to point out however. We had a loft suite. If you are more than about 180cm/70in, don’t get a loft suite. You have to duck everywhere. The shower is open to the whole bathroom, so water gets everywhere. There is also a lack of space to place anything in the bathroom. The plugs aren’t in particularly convenient...

"Très bel hôtel, bien situé au bord de l'eau (avec une belle vue sur le joli quartier Bryggen). Belles chambres spacieuses, bien équipées, et un niveau de service impeccable. Petit-déjeuner fantastique, salons très agréables, et personnel très attentif. "

"This is a grand 18th century hotel located in the heart of old town near the pier and historic sights. This hotel is currently under renovation. Appreciate the effort to update the hotel. Our room had a very strong smell from recent rennovation so the staff gratuitously moved us to a suite at no cost. The hotel also includes breakfast, afternoon snack, and light dinner. "

"Veldig hyggelige omgivelser, kjekke ansatte, lett adkomst, ikke minst mht parkering. Vi ble godt tatt imot, med effektiv innsjekking, flott rom med utsikt ut over Puddefjorden. Rommet var helt rent og pent, men jeg synes at det var dårlige forhold mht å jobbe med PC.- Men det ødela ikke oppholdet for oss. Strategisk ligger hotellet veldig bra til, skjermet fra byens larm, men ikke minst mht til avstanden til Gamle Forum kino, hvor vi hadde sett på Lyngbø show på kvelden. vi fikk vite at OSTRA...
