"The eclectic feel of the lobby area and the friendliness of the staff were great. The room was very clean. The heater was broken in the room we were assigned, but they moved us promptly to another room. Walking distance to the airport and from there it was a quick Underground train ride to the city center. I would not hesitate to stay there again."

"I just love this place. Wonderful front desk. Remodeled, modern room with vintage charm. Love the exposed wood beams above. Close to everything you want to do - only a 5 minute walk to St Mark’s, but it feels tucked out of the way. Gondola pickup at the end of the block if you need a ride. Will stay again. "

Only slight negatives…there was only one set of towels for a twin room (fatherland teenage son booked), kitchen had limited food options due to kitchen issues (thankfully plenty of places to eat in the immediate vicinity. Just one more little point…at check out, was not asked if everything was ok. "
