"Stayed here for two nights.Good location in Newcastle close to all local amenities. Didn’t really get to use any of the hotel facilities as we were out all day/night but all looked very good. Room was nice decent size, serviced daily. Staff were friendly. Arrived early and room was ready so that was very good. "

"The hotel is in a great location, easy walk into the city centre. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I loved the hydration stations on each floor to refill the water bottle. The staff were all friendly and helpful. "

"Amazing value for money, great staff and good amenities. Only gripe I had was we didn’t receive any room service throughout our stay which was a shame but access to the leisure centre was good! AC didn’t work either so can get quite stuffy at night The hotel is a 10/15 drive from the centre but honestly didn’t phase us as we got one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. "
