The room is very simple. And it's about 10 minutes away from reception. When we arrived we immediately smelled a bad odour, as if it had been closed for a long time. Then we noticed that the floor was dirty with dust and hair. We also noticed that they didn't have any shower gel or shampoo. The next morning at around 9am we asked for shampoo and shower gel. When we came back at 4pm we still didn't have any, so we had to go back to reception, which is a long way away, and ask again. They apologised and said they had a problem with the cleaners. I got the impression that the cleaning staff had too much work to do. That same night we had no internet. Once again we had to go to reception, which was closed and didn't open until 4pm. All day we had no Wi-Fi. At 4pm the receptionist said that in 10 minutes someone would fix the Wi-Fi and no-one turned up. We had no Wi-Fi for almost 2 days and when it came back it was extremely slow, you could barely open Google.
I was really disappointed because the photos of the room looked like one thing and when they arrived it was something completely different, when we saw the photos we were under the impression that we would have a balcony and we didn't. We didn't have a balcony.
