"The hotel was closed. We had not been told. There were mice running around the reception! We were moved hotel and where we went was lovely but the main reason we booked this hotel was for the swimming pool for our children and the hotel we moved to didn’t have one."

"I don’t even know where to start. My whole stay at the hotel was amazing. The service was impeccable, and the whole staff was so kind. Whenever we had a question they always went the extra length to make sure we had everything we need. The rooms were beautiful and clean. "I booked 2 rooms for myself, my partner, my grand-daughter and her partner, as they had organised a day and night out in London. It’s about a 15 minute walk from London Liverpool St station so not far to walk. I’d requested if one room could be available a little earlier than check-in time and they organised it perfectly.
