"Communication was great and the location was perfect for exploring downtown Lisbon. I was surprised by how quickly you walk from one end of Baixa to the other so if you’re concerned about where in that neighborhood you are located it doesn’t make much difference. We walked Alfama, Chiado, Bairro Alto, and Cais do Sodre in a day. The apartment was well equipped and clean. Only minor issue was the little feet running around above us in the morning and night but it wasn’t disruptive enough to take...

"Each room in the hotel differs a lot in size and condition. The room we had originally booked was extremely small which was fine but had a damp / mould issue that had an unbearable smell. It looked like it had been previously painted over. Staff were lovely and changed us to a different room which was huge and much better. Beds / shower were good. Staff were very lovely. And breakfast was delicious. Excellent location and good soundproofing in the rooms. "

"This truly is a gem in Lisbon! From the moment you walk into the Palacio, the staff was so friendly and helpful which sets the tone! Our room was just as pictured and a beautiful bathroom with a garden view. We enjoyed complimentary wine and cheeses in the garden in the afternoon. The breakfast was the best of our 2 week travels in Europe- each room had specially foods while the pianist played music. Highly recommend this 4 ⭐️ which is in my opinion a 5 ⭐️ because of it’s service and ambiance! "

"We loved our stay at these apartments. The location was right in the middle of Lisbon--easy to get to lots of different areas of the city. The only downside was that the elevator was broken for various parts of our stay, so with a 6th floor apartment, it was inconvenient! Otherwise the apartment was fantastic."

"Probably the best boutique hotel you can find in the area. The location is perfect, the rooms are beautiful, super clean - we had the one bedroom apartment which had 2 huge TV’s . The staff is outstanding, super polite and friendly. You have complimentary free fridge full of drinks- beer, pop and water, and every day water and coffee is re-fulled . Amazing stay , the view from the room was gorgeous! "
