"숙소가 전체적으로 깨끗하고, 위치도 괜찮고, 아침식사도 좋았습니다. 이 호텔만 그런 것인지, 폴란드 내 호텔들이 다 비슷한 것인지, 난방은 조금 안되는 것 같아서 잠잘 때 약간 추운 것 같습니다. "

"Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Moderne Zimmer. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Die Tiefgarage umfasst nur 4 Parkplätze. Zudem ist diese sehr klein und eng. Parksituation vor dem Hotel schwierig. Man kann jedoch auch im nahegelegenen Einkaufszentrum parken. Hotel liegt sehr zentral."

"Vi havde en junior suite, som desværre lå ud til en stor vej. Og dette kunne man virkelig høre hele tiden. Også om natten. Men resten af opholdet var super godt. Værelset var godt, service og rengøring var godt. Og personalet var imødekommende. "

"Very pleased with our stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was good size, warm, pleasant and the bed was comfortable. Kettle and coffee/tea in room. Good size bathroom with shampoo etc supplied. Free parking outside and also at rear of premises. Breakfast at an extra charge was good but not the best thing about our stay. Will definitely stay again. A+++"

"Visited last time 2 years ago, now in December and coming again. Excellent service, everything was perfect. Traveling with a dog and he was welcomed as well. Drove 1500km from Helsinki, Katowice wasn’t my ideal destination but wanted to stay in this hotel. Love the garden at summertime but it’s wonderful at winter too. Missed the Peacocks😊"

"Hotel was clean and tidy. Access to a brilliant gym was my highlight with a huge selection of cardio equipment and weights. There is only 2 lifts in the hotel which in the morning proved tricky for a latge hotel"
