"I book 2 room due to family holiday. I staying at connecting room. But, one room toilet water pressure very low. Lift not so fast when peak season time, need wait long time. Parking not so convenient , car park very narrow with limited parking lot. "

"I have not patron the hotel for sometime due to past service and condition and thought things may have changed so decided to give it a try. It is still disappointing from the moment checking in until departure 1. When checking in, I have to wait for almost 20 to 25mins before my turn while I am the only only in the queue and the responsiveness is rather slow 2. "Booked it for business event. Staff is very nice to give us the executive room with a separate working room. Overall everything went well, hotel are able to send us more chairs after our request, my guests are able to get free parking. Just that the Wifi couldn't connect on the second day due to reached amount of users."

"Check in started at 2pm, the front desk seem a bit stressed, our room was only ready at almost 4pm. It’s an old building with a not so “driver friendly” parking lots. The 2 bedroom suites was spacious , the kitchen has all the things you need for cooking. At night the streets here can be heavy traffic, so plan your activities. Overall I think I would give a 7/10. If you are couple looking to get romantic honeymoon feel then you will get disappointed. "
