"loved it so much we actually booked same brand of hotel in the next town we visited. the onsen was so lovely, and open overnight which allowed me to relax while my partner took some calls (late night in Japan but working in business hrs US time zone). free washing machines were so nice. other treats (free coffee, tea, probiotic drinks, ice cream pops) added bonus. walkable from train station and the attractions we wanted to visit "

"I loved this hotel! I tried to book an additional night we enjoyed it so much but they were fully booked. Room is spacious for a Japanese hotel in this price range. Easy to open and store my luggage in the seating area in our room, which isn’t common for a double twin room. We arrived early to go to the snow monkey park and the hotel stowed our luggage and had brought it up to our room by the time we came back to check in. Very thoughtful.
