"This is a lovely new hotel, very helpful friendly staff and one of the very best Onsens we’ve experienced in Japan (this is my third trip). Really fantastic- new, clean, three pools- outstanding. The hotel is 35 minutes S of Hakuba by car and an hour by shuttle bus, and the shuttle only runs to and from once per day so without a car you don’t have many options. Omachi, the nearest town is a fairly long walk. Recommend having a rental car if you stay here. "

"The staff at this property are unbelievable. They go out of their way for you. The hotel has pretty much ski in, with access to the chair lift right outside the front door. Dinner is amazing, breakfast is not as good, but has plenty on offer with fruits, hot and cold options. "Clean modern hotel with its own personal bath in the room. Sadly the customers do not wear clothes and are naked in the communal bath and not modest . The bath in the room provides a very good alternative. We did not have time to enjoy the breakfast, but it seemed pretty lavish. I would strongly recommend this hotel."
