"Overall was pretty good, food at restaurant was pleasant but nothing fancy but was highly priced. Breakfast had a good variety but was only on the average side of taste. Biggest negative for us was the street noise during the night, lots of yelling and swearing which kept us awake. Biggest positive was the very comfortable beds."

"A modern hotel with top quality staff and well appointed rooms. We arrived early and dropped our bags off with concierge so we could explore then did the pre-check in with reception. The team member offered to call us if the room was ready early. About 40 minutes later we received a call, the room was clean, very well laid out with quality fixtures and fittings. We were very impressed with the hotel and staff. "

"Auckland was the last stop on our 26-day vacation and this was definitely the right hotel to end with. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The room was wonderful, with a nice view of the harbor. If you are arriving in a car (not taxi or Uber), one thing to watch out for is that they don't really have a driveway in front of the hotel. Just 2 small parking spots where you can pull in, check-in or out, pack or unpack. But if they are busy you might have to make a few laps...
