"Staff were lovely. The cleanliness of the hotel was very good. The food was great. However the free flowing alcohol did not make it a very Muslim friendly environment. Europeans were very rude. But the hotel and staff were great. On our last day there was some deck renovations happening which caused a headache but then we went during a low peak time so work was happening around the site. Staff in the spa were great. "

"Rezervasyonda özellikle belirtmiş olmama rağmen odada çocuklar için hiçbir hazırlık(bornoz,terlik,şampuan,diş macunu) bulunmuyordu. Ancak durumu ilettiğimde telafi ettiler. Müşteri hizmetleri başarılı. Oda rahat ve geniş, personel oldukça güleryüzlü ve nazik. Yemek konusunda biraz daha çeşitli deniz mahsulü olmalı. Yemekler genel olarak lezzetli. Hamur işleri ise biraz vasat. Çok fazla aktivite yoktu, sayısı artmalı. Aktiviteden uzak kafa tatili için ise ideal. Havuz, Türk hamamı, barları güzel....

"Excellent especially for families with young kids. There's plenty to do. Good food with lota of choices. Only complaint would be that the indoor pools weren't heated to the temperature it was meant to be heated to on the last day of our stay (i.e. to 28 degrees for the adults pool and 29 degrees for the kids pool - the kids pool was actually much colder than the adults one), so we couldn'treally use them for very long at all.
