"Staff needs training. It does not take 2-3 staff people to wait on one guest. This makes it difficult for other guests to get help. Certainly the staff was friendly, but organizing how this works would be an improvement. In our “Junior Suite” the toilet switch kept getting stuck and the “refresh” should have replaced old halogen lights with soft LEDs because the halogens cause heat. "I intentionally upgraded my room to Ocean view, upon check-in I was given a room that overlooked the smelly beach and an empty lot after telling the front desk that I upgraded to an ocean view. I had to come back to check out and check in two hours later this was quite exhausting. The pool was lovely however there were no beach towels. The bartender was very unpleasant. The cleaning staff was wonderful. At one point there was one punch being served and it was being served mostly to the staff....
