"Not a 4 star hotel. Needs a good paint to tidy it up. Looks tired. Food was ok a little repetitive. All inclusive drinks were definitely weak. Had to queue for the bar every night. Rooms sparsely decorated with no where to put anything in the bathroom. Tea facilities in the room but no coffee. Not enough seating in bar area if not with children. Most of staff accommodating but outside bar lady needs a customer care course. "

"La struttura si trova in centro, abbiamo visitato la città senza quasi mai prendere alcun mezzo. La nostra camera era adeguata per un viaggio di coppia di 3 giorni, c'era una piccola finestra che dava su una corte interna. Per noi è stata un'ottima soluzione. Forse le camere che danno sulla via risetiranno della movida, ma nel nostro caso abbiamo dormito sonni tranquilli. "

"Overall a good experience but with some discrepancies. The conditions of the two bathrooms were not the best. One toilet wouldn't stop running the water since there were some problems with the flush. We tried to inform the staff about this but they didn't understand. The bathroom cleaning was kind of sloppy. The top hinge of one of the bathroom doors were broke. So we weren't able to properly close it. The lock on this same door didn't work at all. The AC in the living room didn't really do...
