"I just want to comment about the food. The food quality is not very tasty, and the price of food is very expensive compare to the taste etc. I want to recommend the Pesto spaghetti to be removes from the menu. I want to suggest the hotel to add more new food menu like sarawak authentic food because the hotel Is a popular hotel amongst the tourist."

"The hotel albeit not new is generally very comfortable and the rooms are good size and all the amenities are functioning - only complain is the air con which is noisy and not very efficient. The decor is a bit date and I understand the east wing has already been refurbished so hopefully the west wing where we stayed will be done up soon. Staff is very friendly and have worked there for a long time. And the small pearl is the rooftop bar at the 17 floor which have a tremendous view of the whole of Kuching and the charming Kuching River just below"
