"The hotel was very pretty. I was disappointed in an all inclusive that needed reservations for certain restuarants that in 3 nights there were all booked. I was very disappointed in a bait and switch. I chose rooms based on picture at website and got an ocean view that was barely visible with the building in front of me. I brought to attention of hotel management and they declared it not their fault. Otherwise lovation, food and service were goid."

"I enjoyed my stay at the Billini Hotel. I just wish that more staff spoke English considering it caters to a wide variety of tourists. The hotel property is amazing and has a very cosy feeling to it. I enjoyed the vast variety of breakfast options they had. Would love to stay there again. "

"The property is located in the heart of the colonial zone. Close to everything you may want. The hotel decoration is actually colonial style. The only thing was the bedroom is very small for 2 people, but very cozy. "
