"It is definitely a 4 star hotel. The hotel has been kept very well maintained. It is clean and exudes as high class ambiance. The staf is very polite and want to keep you happy. It's proximity to the HongKong convention center is a plus making it a walking distance. Around the hotel are many avenues for transportation including the MTR. There are many food options around the area and it is easy to commute to the Kowloon Island through either the ferry or the subway."

"We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! The decor and design were stunning, creating a truly inviting and stylish atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to assist, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The location couldn’t have been better—close to a tram line that made getting around super convenient, and the surrounding area felt very safe. The only minor drawback was the polyester bedding, which wasn’t as comfortable as we would have liked....

"Newly created family rooms are relevant & superb and of a good size by HK standards. Ofcourse prices are very high but if you dont mind paying for your family's comfort then this is it. They even have a very-thoughful family lounge which is a nice touch. My kids went there for their bedtime milk and light snacks. Staffs were attentive and 5star service throughout. "

"Decent hotel in a good location near escalators. Shuttle bus every hour to central is very useful and runs in time. Wifi is very good. Staff helpful and friendly. Rooms are very small for the price. Bed is like concrete and to be honest it would be more comfortable to sleep on the floor! Overall good though. Didn't try breakfast "
