"Room was a bit tired. Noisy extractor fan in the toilet, stained carpets, peeling wood finish etc but overall clean and comfortable. Good location for Metro, trams, and the main train station, but it meant it was a little noisy. Not bad for the money "

"Εξαιρετικό ξενοδοχείο με εμφανή έλλειψη προσωπικού στο front desk, ίσως και λόγω της ημέρας των Χριστουγέννων. Εντούτοις το προσωπικό ήταν φιλότιμο κι ευγενικό. Καθαρό, πλούσιο πρωινό, φιλικό για μια 5μελή οικογένεια, κοντά στο αεροδρόμιο που θέλαμε."

"The property and all hotel amenities were great. The staff especially the reception area were not very friendly and had no concierge services. The breakfast staff were nice and so was the spa. The hair salon was over priced and service was not even close to what they charged."

"A comfortable and quiet stay with clean rooms, friendly staff and a decent breakfast selection. Good price for the location. Close to metro and getting around places in Sofia. Only 35 minutes on the subway directly from Sofia Airport which makes it very convenient. Room decor is a little dated but doesnt take away from the cleanliness of the room. Staff was great. I was allowed an early check in at no extra cost and check out was also a breeze. "

"The guesthouse was terrific and the hostess so friendly and attentive. The location super near to shopping and sights. I will absolutely recommend it and if I am going to Sofia again I would rather stay here than in an expensive 5 -star hotel."

"Our stay good staff friendly and helpful but breakfast not at all good as hot food bar was not turned on food cold cheese sitting out dry not covered even pancake maker off and items cold Irish people look forward to a hot breakfast and food properly cooked not half raw otherwise everything fine when we arrived at 9 so no excuse no butter available all gone night before we arrived 10 pm restaurant closed only sign saying open to 23.00"

"This hotel is located in teh center of Sofia. The gym is ok, a little small for me, I felt a little claustrophobic. The sauna is good. The only ting I did not like - the car parking charges unexpected (20 euro per day), When I was booking the hotel there was no info about it."

"Great room. Good size, comfortable and great bathroom. Had a couple of great night’s sleep. Breakfast was good. All staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful."

"L'hotel è vicino alla fermata della metro serdica sulla linea gialla quindi nondall'areoporto non ci sono cambi da fare, per cui è molto comoda. Le stanze sono un po' datate e con moquette però dotate di tutti i comfort (phon compreso!). Colazione varia e abbondante sia salata che dolce. Personale alla reception cordiale e disponibile. Lo consiglio! "
