"A)Property is not wheelchair friendly. Movement lobby to rooms ok, but not to eateries or any other location on site. (B)Too many flies everywhere, 5 star resort but flies are at eateries and in rooms. Rooms are provided with fly swats so go figure. (C) Maid service is terrible, the mugs and glasses are not even washed. Only replaced bedsheets, towels etc general cleaning if requested. (D) Room amenities such as toothbrush/paste, shaver, towels, face towels for 3rd person also not provided, need...

"Everything and i mean EVERYTHING was good except that check in time of 3pm is kind of late for me as i have kids that would like to rest after a long drive. They will slip a paper notice under your door to notify you that check out time is 12 noon to ensure you don't forget. It feels that with such a late check in, they cant wait to get you out for the next guest. Appreciate if they can adjust the Check in time to 1pm which will be just nice after lunch. "

Pleasant Staycation

"First time staying in this hotel. Pleasant to have earlier check-in at 1.30pm. The room size is comfortable for two. The toiletries are complete; with two bath towels provided. There will be perfect if face towels are also provided. The accommodation included breakfasts and night time hot spring tickets for two. We had spent whole day at the Lost World Theme Park. We had good sleeps in the hotel room after that. However, the sporadic WIFI required improvement. It was a pleasant experience generally. Will stay again in this hotel in near future."
