"Lovely room, great breakfast but there is a background noise that you don’t hear during the day that is so loud during the night, couldn’t work out where it was coming from. Putting in ear phones didn’t drown it out until I put some music on."

"Was disappointed to find that there was no available gym in the hotel, even though it is advertised as such. The sofa bed in the room was broken, as was the air-conditioning. Staff attempted to fix it but didn’t make a difference. When we visited, there was a pile of mattresses sitting in the lobby. Surely there’s a better way to manage this. We shared our complaints with staff at the hotel but they showed little interest so I hope management will take note "
