"Quand nous sommes arrivés pour le Check in la réception était en plein soulèvement: trois clients différents se plaignaient de leur chambre. Du fait qu’ils avaient payé pour une suite et eu une chambre basique sans remboursement, qu’ils n’avaient pas de serviette etc… Pas idéal pour une première impression. "Great overall.. breakfast was repetative and had to request eggs and changes. Not a proper morrocan breakfast on offer but did the job. Had the suite which was nice, shower was not powerful. Lock was broken when we checked in but sorted swiftly when raised to staff. Staff were great, attentive and offered a great service. Location isnt completely safe, nearly scammed by locals down the ally, there was a local who told us to go down a very quite alley where money was on the floor. Do not go...
