"Resort estremamente pulito confortevole , buoni ristoranti con estrema disponibilità del personale Ristorante italiano basilico buono ma ...e a noi la colazione li non è piaciuta assolutamente Piscina con acqua riscaldata che a gennaio va molto bene. Animazione non stressante presente ma veramente molto soft. Spettacoli alla sera carini ma veramente apprezzati i cantanti e suonatori di chitarra e violino durante tutti i pasti . Purtroppo una nota un pochino dolente è la spiaggia piccola...

"The hotel as hall was satisfactory standard! Staff in general were polite. I think they can benefit from a customer service awareness course as some of them was below standard specially on the bar area in our arrival it took the guy 45 minutes to get us 2 club sandwiches and when they eventually arrived the sandwich and the chips were called. "

"Grosszügige Zimmer, mit schönem Vorplatz zum Sitzen, grosses Hotelgelände, Essen gut. Musik beim Abendessen sehr laut, nur 2dl Getränke und die Bar war sehr weit vom Zimmer entfernt. Beim Nachtessen zT sehr lange Wartezeit für Getränke (mit dem Essen fertig bis Getränke kamen, wenn diese nicht vergessen wurden), Beachtowels waren bei Anreise schmutzig und wurden nie ersetzt."
