"Medelmåttigt lägenhetshotell som behöver en renovering. Nära till det mesta som man behöver, mkt fin strand 3 min bort där finns en hel del aktiviteter om man så önskar. Hotellets restaurang är bra. Lyhörda rum och vi vaknade vid 6.30 varje morgon av att det lät som någon studsade bollar på plåttaket...Hade vid flertalet tillfällen kackerlackor på rummet. Poolen har en alldeles för hög temperatur och därmed inte alls svalkande. Men personalen är mycket trevlig och hjälpsamma! "

"I was upgraded to a villa at adjacent Maradiva, which was extravagant and luxurious. The resort is breathtaking and everything is run extremely professionally. I was treated like royalty. The staff at the restaurants at both resorts, the spa staff at Sands, the receptionists, and all other staff were extremely kind and accommodating. "Très belle location au pied du morne Brabant. Service au petit soin et attentioné. Le buffet est très varié et bien fourni. , c'est appréciable quand on compare avec le Riu turquoise attenant."

"Where do i start. They took me around in golf carts so i dont have to walk in the sun and heat, they had the best staff team ive met in all my life, the food was amazing not a single thing to complain about. The hotel was clean, cool and there was lots of things to do. I was helped mostly by Yash, Rajvir, Sarvesh, Atish, Ben, avi and the house keeping lady. The hotel had a games room and snooker room that i used every night, entertainment every night at the retreat, bar open all day and night...

"Probably the best hotel experience I’ve had! The hotel is beautiful. The beaches are incredible and the staff are the most obliging and attentive I have ever encountered. The restaurants and bars are varied and well run. There is just no limit to the good things that can be said about Shangr-la Maury!"

"Totally ok hotel, with amazing view of the sea from the restaurant and pool area. With that said lazy waiters and waitresses, 5 people working, with 3 tables, and instead of serving me, they stood and chatted by the bar for 10min. Drinks took the same time as it was a full bar, even tho is it was 6 people in the hotel. Slow service in general, and a bit nonchalant. Very expensive drinks for some reason, food ok price. 7/10"

"Excellent service at buffet and restaurant. Very bad service at reception . Air conditioning didn’t work and it took 3 days to get a new room. Very hard to get a reservation , since there are only 2 restaurants. "
