"11층에 대욕장이 있어서 아침저녁으로 이용하기 좋았습니다. 세탁기와 건조기도 11층 대욕장에 마련되어 있고, 100엔짜리 동전이 필요합니다. 1회에 600~700엔 사용한다 생각하시면 될 것 같습니다. 한국에서 이용하는 건조기와 달리 상당히 낮은 온도로 건조되기 때문에 1시간을 돌려도 완벽히 마르진 않습니다. 호텔 내 한국인 직원은 없는 것 같은데 일본인 여성 직원들 중 두 분이 한국어가 가능해서 일본어가 서툴어도 체크인, 체크아웃, 짐 맡기기에 어려움이 없었습니다. 정문과 후문 둘 다 있어서 실제 구글 지도의 경로로는 정문 출입만 가능하게 나와 있어서 늦은 밤이 아니라면 반대편 후문 출입도 수월하니 추천 드립니다."

"Loved my stay at this hotel. It was the perfect place to come back to after a day out. And even if you decide to stay indoors, the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and relaxing (not to mention the spa!). The staff were attentive, and the hotel was very clean and situated in a convenient location. I would stay here again."

"The Granvia is an excellent hotel if you are coming into Kyoto on the Shinkansen. It is located right in Kyoto Station and is easily walkable to get there with luggage. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff were all very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay there again if we are in Kyoto."
