"It is not a very comfortable B&B because the location is not that good and bed was too soft .... but I would say all the staff that I had met at the hotel were excellent. From the manager who gave us a small discount because of our mistakes, the kitchen staff who gave us pots of hot water and breakfast after the breakfast time, the reception lady who looked for the bananas for us because we needed and even the bell boys who helped us to take our heavy luggage between the ground floor and second...

"Overall great choice to stay while in Nairobi. I wanted somewhere walkable downtown and ot was perfect. Quiet enough but easy walk around downtown. Everyone was extremely nice including the hosts at the restaurant. Breakfast included was a good start. Rooms very clean. Kudos to the team "

"Tyvärr ännu (mitten sept. 2017) dåligt med gatuskyltar, husnummer och någon hotellskylt fanns ej, vilket krånglade till det för taxichauffören. Resan från flygplatsen, 3-4 km tog 45 minuter av dessa anledningar. Måste bättras, men då blir det också mycket bra och prisvärt. Servicen, även vid sen ankomst ich tidig avfärd, var mycket positiv och bra. Kommer gärna tillbaka."

Lodge Amboseli, the hotel administrator did not meet me warmly, suspecting that I really paid for the stay? How will I prove it? "Not even a middle class hotel, low 1star experience. No air con, dirty rooms and over charge for driver to pick up at the airport and to drive you to dinner. Dinner at an expensive resort was less than what the driver charged total of 35 USD plus additional SHK 2000 for trip of one hour, to a restaurant that he chose, which was situated only 15 min from the very bad hotel. Not nice breakast not on time! I had to cook part of it myself, dirty & smelly restaurant & kitchen a disgrace!"
