"Had a good stay here. Staff were friendly and spoke good English. I didn’t use the spa facilities but I was given a tour and they looked fantastic. A shame I didn’t have enough time to partake. Breakfast was ok. I found the room very warm and needed to open the window during -15c to cool down a bit. The radiators didn’t seem to be adjustable."

"El peor Hotel, que he estado en mi vida. Lo escogimos porque decía que tenía piscina, pero no es cierto -he reclamado a la web de hoteles-. En recepción nadie hablaba inglés y resulta imposible entenderse. El Wi-Fi no funcionaba. Al final consiguieron conectarme mi teléfono pero no el de mi esposa. La habitación es diminuta con camas de 80 × 1 80 y colchones viejos. El aire acondicionado antiguo hacía un ruido ensordecedor, pero si lo desconectabas te asabas. La televisión antigua tampoco...
